Participants work in mini teams of 3–4 people, collaborating in breakout rooms and racing the clock to score maximum points. Throughout the game, a rolling leaderboard keeps everyone on their toes and the competitive banter flowing.

How It Works
- Preparation: Before the event, participants receive joining instructions and download our custom quiz app on their smartphone or tablet.
- Everyone joins the main session from their laptop or desktop.
- A dedicated project manager makes sure everything is ready to roll.
- Event Kickoff: On the day, participants log in and are welcomed by our charismatic virtual host, who explains the rules and warms everyone up for the challenge ahead.
- Teams of 3–4 people are pre-assigned or created on the day — you decide!
- Gameplay: The experience runs for around 75 minutes, including briefing and wrap-up:
- Round 1: Teams collaborate in breakout rooms to tackle a mix of general knowledge and themed trivia.
- Bonus Round 1: Back in the main room, players complete a creative photo challenge, earning extra points for their team.
- Round 2: The classic Picture Round! Players view images on screen and race to answer questions via the app.
- Bonus Round 2: Everyone jumps back into breakout rooms to create a quick, fun video together for extra points.
- Final Round: A quick-fire quiz finale where teams must answer as many questions as they can before the clock runs out — guaranteed to get pulses racing!
- Wrap-Up: The host gathers everyone back together, reveals the final leaderboard, and crowns the winning team.
- Expect lots of laughter, virtual high-fives, and a big team photo moment to end on a high.
