Our expert chocolatiers will take you through the fascinating journey of the world’s favourite guilty pleasure, before you get to dig your teeth into the creamy treat yourself. Once you’ve learned how chocolate goes from bean to bar, it’s straight over to the cooking stations where each team will learn the amazing skills of tempering chocolate, to creating your very own uniquely-decorated box of chocolate delights.

How It Works
- The event starts with a hands-on, mouth-watering demonstration from our Michelin star-trained chefs and expert chocolatiers. And, even better, the demonstration involves lots of tasting.
- The first challenge is for each team to decorate their hats and aprons, ensuring each team has a unique identity and name.
- Next, teams head to their cooking stations, where they are provided with all the ingredients and equipment to start experimenting with their own chocolates.
- Throughout, chocolatiers will give teams tips and guidance to help them build their skills.
- After the practice session, teams and individuals will need to come up with their own style of themed chocolates. Creativity is key, as teams can use anything at their disposal to create unique delights. Everyone will come away with a box of chocolates to take home and share with friends and family.
- Finally, the chocolatiers will score teams on taste, creativity, design and overall teamwork before crowning a winner. The winners get to leave with an addtional, tasty prize.
