As you know, we wanted to combine our 50th Anniversary Celebrations with a team building event. The Challenge 50 was the perfect solution. Every person who attended the afternoon’s activities had nothing but glowing reports of the entire afternoon. The challenges themselves were exactly right for the all attendees, the organisers were superb in managing us and the Dragon’s Den theme was the perfect end to the afternoon. The evening celebration at the end of the week was fantastically managed with the Oscars themed style ceremony really providing a bit of glamour to the evening. Thank you once again for a fantastic week and I do not doubt that you will be hearing from us again.

What a fantastic afternoon we all had on Friday!! Thanks so much for all your help in organising such a fun event! It seems I am not great at Hovercrafting (more cone annihilation!!), but I wasn’t alone, and one of our guys turned Quad Biking into Quad Flipping!! Apart from that, everyone really enjoyed their day!! You were right to suggest Quads though, I loved them!!Thanks again Charmaine! We’ll definitely use you again in the future should we decide to do something similar!!

The day was a great success. I was surprised by the amount of our people who were giving really positive feedback about your team members. People often take the organisers for granted in the whole running of an event but they got great comments from our team; they were enthused, lively and really helped to make the event fun! The events worked well and I think people were suprised at how much they enjoyed it – one person was meant to take part in a conference call but didnt; we think he was enjoying himself that much he forgot!! The partners involved said they would definitely use your company again to run an event and we are hoping that next year we can get to organise a full day event at a warmer time of the year! Thanks for your help again with this – it was a great time and the fact that I was on the winning team was pure luck 🙂

Debbie and her team arrived promptly allowing themselves plenty of time to set up. They were running three “Apprentice” activities with quite a large group, which to make it a bit tougher, was made up of our Senior Management team and Executive Mangers team, with delegates being from Isle of Man, UK, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong. The events were fun, energetic and with key learning points. All props were of a good standard and the ‘treats’ were appropriate and arranged in the breakout area in good time. The facilitators worked well together, keeping an eye on the time, observing effectively and judging fairly. If challenged they were able to support their choices, evidencing why decisions had been made. Thanks again!
