OVERVIEW

Our Dragons Den inspired teambuilding challenge sees teams pit their wits against some ruthless investors.  The event is a brilliant way to test team work in a fun and unique environment. Create your brilliant ‘Idea’ and get your brains ticking.

Do you think you and your team have the entrepreneurial know-how to squeeze the all important backing finance out of our fierce and foreboding dragons?!

With the assistance of our experts, you will have the chance to earn money to purchase essential props and materials at the business superstore.

Once you have your winning idea it’s off to the intimidating ‘Dragons Counsel’ to face the business tycoons. Finally it’s your turn to shine in the ‘Pitch’, which must include your watertight budget plans and a well researched design.

SUPPORTING OUR CLIENTS DURING CORONAVIRUS - NO FEE EVENT POSTPONEMENT OPTION

In order to support all our clients through this period we are offering a postponement condition for all events.

What does that mean?  Basically, if you have to cancel or postpone your event due to Corona Virus, we will offer the chance to reschedule your event to a new date within 12 months of booking, at no extra cost, subject to availability. The only conditions are that your event is paid for in full, and we get at least 48hrs notice.

Once Corona Virus has passed we’re expecting a huge surge in bookings which will restrict availability, especially for summer dates.  Therefore, if you do have any event plans that are subject to future updates, or any immediate plans, we can start the research & work for you, for activities and venues, without any push for commitment.  We can hold dates provisionally for up to 2 months.

HOW THE EVENT RUNS

All teams enter the themed Dragons Lair where our resident host greets them in the traditional style as seen on the TV.  The potential investors are then introduced. They can either be our in house dragons or a mixture of your staff and our team.

Each team are then given the brief and rules of the challenge.  The theme of their business and ‘entrepreneurial’ pitch can either be an innovative invention or services, or we can link it directly to your business, product, service or future visions.

Teams go through various stages during the event:

Planning – brainstorming ideas to come up with the winning idea

Researching – explore the marketplace for competitors, market trends and target audience

Sales & Marketing – Refining your pitch with graphics visuals and prototypes

Finance – Budgeting and forecasting.  Showing the what return they’ll get on their investment!

Rehearsing – Preparing for your final pitch with a slick all team strategy

The final pitch – WOW the investors with your innovation, style and business acumen
