Our virtual Dragons Den inspired teambuilding challenge sees teams pit their wits against some ruthless investors. The event is a brilliant way to test teamwork in a fun and unique environment. Get your brains ticking, create your brilliant ‘Ideas’, then conclude as a team which option you plan to take to market.
Do you think you and your team have the entrepreneurial know-how to squeeze the all important backing finance out of our fierce and foreboding dragons?! Working together, teams must come up with a new product, service or innovation to take the market (and the Dragons) by storm.
Once you have your winning idea it’s off to the intimidating ‘Dragons Counsel’ to face the business tycoons. Finally it’s your turn to shine in the ‘Pitch’, which must include your watertight budget plans and a well researched design.

What happens on your virtual event?
Do you think you and your team have the entrepreneurial know-how to squeeze the all important backing finance out of our fierce and foreboding dragons?! Inspired by the highly successful BBC show ‘Dragons’ Den’, this event is a brilliant way to test teamwork in a fun and unique environment. In advance of your event everyone receives by email a challenge pack which contains everything they need for the experience. The entire event is virtually hosted and presented by our live ‘Evan Davies’ style host alongside our cast of dragons.
Once logged in via Zoom (or other similar virtual platforms) everyone is welcomed and the rules explained. Your group is then divided into virtual breakout rooms with mini teams of 3-4 people. The challenge now begins! The event is great fun, different from the norm and an ideal
way for teams to come together, collaborate, interact and create something amazing together. The event involves lots of different stages including:
Planning – brainstorming ideas to come up with the winning idea
Researching – explore the marketplace for competitors, market trends and target audience
Sales & Marketing – refining your pitch with graphics visuals and prototypes
Finance – budgeting and forecasting. Showing the what return the dragons will get on their investment!
Rehearsing – preparing for your final pitch with a slick all team strategy
The final pitch – WOW the investors with your innovation, style and business acumen
