Explore Your Favourite Parts of Bristol

While all of GOTO Events’ treasure hunts are tailored to your team, we do have some suggestions for iconic Bristol sites to include:

  • Clifton Suspension Bridge: You almost can't avoid seeing the 1,352 ft bridge when visiting Bristol, but what better place to complete silly challenges than at Clifton Observatory while overlooking the bridge and the River Avon?
  • Castle Park: Marvel at the gorgeous greenery and St Peter's Church as you try to outsmart your competition in a complex puzzle.
  • SS Great Britain: The impressive 1843 iron steamship makes a great addition to any treasure hunt, and you get to enjoy beautiful Bristol Harbourside at the same time - the ideal location to pause for a challenge.
  • King Street: Experience the cobblestoned, bustling heart of Bristol city while you ponder cryptic clues, potentially accompanied by some smooth jazz.
  • Queen Square: Walk the path of the past as you take in the 18th-century architecture and the rich history surrounding you, getting your brain ready for the next challenge.
  • Hidden Gems: Surprise your team by taking them to lesser known spots, like Edward Everard's Printing Works with its unique Art Nouveau façade, the early 1900 Tobacco Factory Theatre and the abandoned Clifton Rocks Railway tunnels.

  • Cryptic clues and the treasure map guide teams from location to location, where you'll find secret challenges revealed on the screen. Completing these challenges will help you dominate the leader board!

  • Puzzles and riddles
  • Augmented reality games
  • Photo missions
  • Video challenges
  • To make the treasure hunt extra competitive, the app will display a leader board showing each team’s running position in the game.
  • Once everyone gets to the final location, we will be ready with a presentation of funny pictures and videos from the hunt for everyone to enjoy, before we crown the winner and celebrate with a proper award ceremony.
