The team building event is designed around building bicycles from scratch. But there’s a lot more to it! Before teams can even get started, they have to complete fun tasks and challenges to develop their skills and earn parts for their bikes. After the final touches, the completed bikes are presented to the other teams and we celebrate this team victory together, knowing the real journey the bikes are about to begin. How It Works
- We start with a welcome brief and an overview of the charity that your bikes will be donated to.
- Your group will be split into smaller teams and each team will have an allocated workshop area with a tool kit, a bike stand and a partly assembled bike.
- Roles will be allocated within the team and members will be sent to participate in the skill workshops or complete fun challenges to earn the required resources.
- Once the workshops are completed, the teams create a build plan. After this is approved by our engineers, the build can start!
- With a little bit of help from our friendly crew, the bikes take shape.
- The event ends with a bike parade and plenty of applause and celebration.
- The bikes are tested and certified by an engineer and delivered to our partner charity where they will make a real difference to the lives of others, especially underprivileged children who can’t afford bikes.
